It's hard to believe we're here for a month, and yet our time is so short! I got home last night, and tomorrow morning at 6am we leave again already for St Petersburg! I will be there Tuesday through Thursday, and do not know if I will have internet in order to blog. Hopefully my pictures of Moscow will tide you over!
We'll get home Thursday night, and leave again on Friday, for Vologda until Sunday night. I'm tired just thinking about it!
We hope you enjoy your travels, the photos of Moscow were wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteWish I had time to post more, it was incredible!!! I'll catch up with some others once we get a break. I took 700 pictures in one day!
ReplyDeleteHi, My students and I are following your blog in our Cultures class at Logan Middle School. They are in 7th grade now, but some had you as a music teacher and want to know if you remember them: Owen Carlson, Kao Xiong, Trent Herlitzka, Mai Der Lee, Chia Lia Moua, Emily Foust.
ReplyDeleteA BIG HI from all of them! We loved the pictures of the kids and wish we were there! We want to know if you have taught music class to the Russian students. Have you been singing with them? We also remember playing those spoon thingys! Cool! We can't wait to see pictures of St. Petersburg!
Awww!!!! Of course I remember them!! That's so fun to have them learning along side me, I love it!
DeleteI have not been able to teach a full music class, but I have taught several songs that your kiddos would know. The Peace Round is a big hit, and Donkeys Love Carrots. Many of them Akready knew Grizzley Bear because I taught Anna Z while she was in La Crosse. I also taught them the English for If Happy and You Know It because they already know it in Russian!
They do remember all those songs! TouKee is singing them right now! Thanks for replying!
