A Little Shopping

I had some time to look around a toy store this afternoon.  I thought you might be interested in some of the things I noticed...
They have plenty of grocery stores that would look just like ours

Until you look closely at the labels!


I'll bet this looks familiar?

The majority of the packaging is in English.  It's actually difficult to find a children's shirt that is written in Russian.   This pic is for you Tallin!

I'll bet most of you have played this game.

This one made me laugh - I'm pretty sure I'd lose when the alphabet is not the same as ours!

These next few are from a local book store.

I thought it was interesting that the characters are drawn the same.  Remember in Winnie the Pooh it was different!

What would a children's section be without Angry Birds?

  2. Not that I've seen...but I wouldn't expect to see it in our general stores either. I did hear that there's a local store with games and puzzles...hoping to check it out!
